These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all content, offers, programs, services, and materials provided by Sovereign Shift™, The Shift Catalyst™, Sovereign Operating System™, and all associated trademarked assets.
By engaging with our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, visuals, methodologies, and brand language including but not limited to:
- Sovereign Shift™,
- S.O.V.E.R.E.I.G.N. Method™,
- The Shift Catalyst™,
- 5-S Identity Continuum™,
- Shift Score™,
- Sovereign Architecture Circle™,
- Sovereign Operating System™,
- Sovereign Execution System™,
- and all associated trademarks and original intellectual property
are the exclusive property of Dr. Paschal Ukwu and the Sovereign Shift™ ecosystem, protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.
2. Program Participation and Eligibility
Access to The Shift Catalyst™, Sovereign Power Diagnostic™, or any premium experience is by invitation or qualified application only. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or discontinue any participant’s access based on alignment with our values, integrity, and transformational readiness.
3. Payments and Refunds
Due to the strategic nature of our frameworks and IP delivery, all payments made toward any of our programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific offer agreement. Clients are responsible for honoring their financial commitments.
4. Confidentiality and Use of Materials
Participation in any Sovereign Shift™ experience grants you limited, non-transferable access to proprietary material. You agree not to share, duplicate, or repurpose any framework or asset without explicit written permission.
Violations will result in legal action and immediate termination of access.
5. Client Responsibility
Our frameworks are built to deliver transformational clarity and capital leverage — but results are based on your level of action, decision-making, and alignment. Sovereign Shift™ does not guarantee outcomes, but we stand behind our frameworks with integrity and proven systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by law, Sovereign Shift™ and Dr. Paschal Ukwu shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or consequences from participation in our programs, content, or frameworks.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising shall be handled exclusively within that jurisdiction.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued engagement with our ecosystem constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
